Refunds, renewals, and moving sites
Freemius is our merchant of record, so trials, refunds, invoices, and subscription changes all happen in the Freemius customer portal. We refund within 7 days if a defect breaks core functionality and we can't fix it for you. A yearly licence renews automatically until you cancel, and cancelling leaves your already-deployed site online - you simply stop receiving updates and new builds. Migrating to different WordPress hosting doesn't require a new licence: deactivate the licence on the old install, activate it on the new one, and re-run your GitHub Action to publish the current build.

How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every license starts with 7 days of full Parkstatic Premium access, so you can deploy your real site and check everything works before you pay. A credit card or PayPal account is required to start, but nothing is charged until day 8 - cancel before then in the Freemius customer portal and you pay nothing.
How is the plugin delivered?
Instant download from your Freemius account after checkout. Install it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate with your license key.
What's the difference between yearly and lifetime?
Yearly is $29.99, renews annually, includes updates and support. Lifetime is $89.99 once, no renewals, yours permanently.
How many sites does one license cover?
One license, one WordPress site. Deploying to 10 sites needs 10 licenses. For volume pricing on 5+ sites, email us before you buy.
Do I still need WordPress hosting?
Yes. Parkstatic deploys your site to WordPress hosting you already have - it doesn't replace hosting, it replaces the separate frontend host you'd otherwise pay for. As of July 2026, Vercel Pro lists at $20 per seat per month plus usage and Lovable's paid plans start around $25/month; Parkstatic is a flat $29.99/yr for one WordPress site. These aren't identical products, so compare them against what you actually need: if you only ship a static build to a domain you already host, the WordPress route is the cheaper path.
Which frameworks are supported?

Can I get a refund?
